On April 20, 2016, the Bay Area Air Quality Management District (BAAQMD) adopted Regulation 12 Rule 15 which requires Bay Area refineries to develop and submit an Air Monitoring Plan for APCO approval to establish and operate a fence-line monitoring system. The plan can be found in the Documents Archive of this website. Additional information can also be found in the Learning Center.
